• Not misuse our services, including fraudulent bookings or unsafe installation requests.
• Ensure that our team has safe, legal access to your property for installation and removal.
• Confirm that you have the legal right to request installation on the property.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is provided upfront and must be agreed upon before service.
• Payment is due at the time of installation unless otherwise arranged.
• Late or non-payment may result in additional fees, collection actions, or refusal of future service.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion based on service completion.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Light Joy is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions of your property.
• We assume no liability for weather-related damage to lights once installed.
• We are not responsible for electrical issues beyond the scope of our installation.
• We are not liable for any unsafe conditions that were not disclosed before service.

7. Advertising, Media, & Data Collection

• By using our website and services, you consent to data collection for marketing purposes in compliance with our Privacy Policy. This does not include your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent, which we never use or share for marketing.
• We use Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to optimize our website and marketing performance.
• We may take before-and-after photos and videos of light installations for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and advertisements.
• If you do not wish for images or videos of your property to be used, you may opt out by emailing hello@getlightjoy.com prior to or immediately after service completion.

8. Use of Photos & Videos

We may take before-and-after photos and videos of holiday light installations for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for images or videos of your property to be used, you may opt out by emailing hello@getlightjoy.com prior to or immediately after service completion.

9. Light Joy Text Messaging

Light Joy, a service of Dusiko LLC, uses SMS and MMS to answer your questions and arrange the holiday-light quote you requested. If you text us first, we may reply within that conversation. If you ask for texts through our website, we will text you about your requested quote. This does not sign you up for promotional texts.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of buying our services.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@getlightjoy.com. To receive messages again after opting out, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
