Commercial & HOA Christmas Light Installation

Entrances, clubhouses, storefronts, and the trees everyone drives past. We design it, hang it, keep it glowing all season, then take it down and store it. One less thing on your list.

Good QuestionsCommercial & HOA Lighting FAQ

How do you price commercial and HOA lighting?

Every property is different, so we price after a free site walk. You get a written, itemized proposal with one upfront price that covers the lights, installation, all-season care, takedown, and storage. What we quote is what you pay.

Do you offer multi-year agreements?

Yes. A multi-season agreement keeps your property on our calendar every year, with the same design ready to go each fall. Ask us about it on your site walk.

Can you work around our residents or business hours?

Yes. We schedule installs and takedowns around your property, whether that means avoiding your busiest hours or giving residents a heads-up before we arrive.

When do you install and take everything down?

We start installing in October, and nothing has to come on until you're ready for it. After New Year's, we come back in January, take everything down, and store it until next season.

Who owns the lights?

We do. Professional-grade lights, clips, and timers are all included, so there's no equipment to buy, nothing to store in a maintenance room, and nothing to replace when a strand dies.

What if something goes out during the season?

Call us. Looking after your lights all season is part of the job, so we'll come back and take care of it at no extra charge.
